The Forum held its Annual General Meeting at the Hilton Belfast Hotel from on Thursday 22 October 2009.
The formal business of the AGM ws to receive and consider the Chief Executives' Forum Annual Report 2008-2009 incorporating the Directors' Report and Financial Statements for the year ended 31 March 2009 and, in accordance with Article 393 of the Companies (NI) Order 1986, the appointment of auditors.
The AGM will be preceded by a lunch with special guest speaker, Sammy Wilson MP MLA, Minister for Finance and Personnel.
