Report: A workshop discussion led by Helen Dawson of the Local Government Leadership Centre at Malone House, Belfast.
During this workshop discussion Helen Dawson of the Local Government Leadership Centre drew on her excellent understanding of the policy environmenther and her extensive career experience having been a director in both national and local government. She was also a director with the highly regarded Office of Public Management, worked in the private sector and, although she is not a member of any political party, has been an elected member.
