The third in a series of three breakfast briefings presented by Sensei UKE on the theme of leadership in difficult times: 8.00am to 10.00am at Malone House, Belfast.

Following on from the presentation by Malcolm Follos, 'Leading in Difficult Times - Bringing Your People With You!', and Richard Ferguson who will lead a discussion on 'Embedding Change - Developing a Strategy within the Top Management Team'. This final presentation discussion on 'Implementing and Leading Change'will be led by Tim Vernon, Chairman of Sensei UKE.

Given the changable environment in which we all work are public sector leaders leading and implementing change in a way that will transform their organisations to successfully adapt to the new economic environment while continuing to deliver a quality service. This is the leadership challenge that is the subject of this final breakfast briefing.

Tim Vernon, is Chairman of Sensei UKE. He has over 30 years' experience in a major global blue-chip organisation performing a wide variety of roles in sales, marketing, procurement, HR and operations, prior to becoming Managing Director of two major businesses. Additionally he spent a period as Head of Global Transformation driving a transformational leadership programme throughout the world.

Throughout his working life to date, Tim has been fascinated by the critical role that effective and inspirational leadership can play in differentiating good organisations from outstanding ones, and has spent a number of years tutoring on leadership development programmes.

There is no fee to attend this briefing. A cooked breakfast will be served at 8am and the briefing itself will commence at 8.30am sharp. Proceeding will conclude no later that 10am.
