Weathering the Storm

Wednesday 22nd September 2010

Reference : event22092010

This half-day, pilot programme focuses on managing through crisis and upheaval! - 9.00am to lunchtime in The Glasshouse, Stormont Castle, Stormont Estate, Belfast

It's the summer, maybe the calm before the storm! Time for something a bit different: a case study in crisis management that has room for experimentation while encouraging a little bit of creative thinking about how the crisis in public expenditure might be weathered.

In collaboration with Dancing Leopards Ltd a chance to try something completely different in executive development that will be entertaining and essentially collaborative in working through a series of issues and crises based on a real life example, a European transport body that weathered the 'perfect storm'.

This will be a case study exercise and an opportunity for focussed discussion, engagement and networking. While acknowledging that only a few people may be interested in specific policy issues involving transport, the lessons developed in this seminar on crisis management are generic.

Interested in trying something different? As this is a pilot programme, there will be no fee to attend.
