Mr McCaughey will share his personal thoughts on the key ingredients to success for public services:
- how collective leadership and a “Community of Leaders” is necessary to support sustained success;
- the importance of creating the right organisational culture; and
- how collaboration across the public sector, with other voluntary and community organisations and critically with citizens themselves is central to success.
