This set of papers covers discussions involving a group of senior officials and ministerial special advisors at Stormont House in Belfast on Friday 12 August 2011.
The seminar considered the key aims of what was then the forthcoming Programme for Government with a particular emphasis on how those aims might be brought about. Included in the papers is a background briefing note and a "Transformation Checklist" along with several other papers which have also been published separately.
