We were delighted to welcome Robert Dilts, a world-renowned NLP expert, to this special and exclusive Transformative Leader (TL) Alumni event. Held at Black Mountain Shared Space, Ballygomartin, the venue provided an excellent setting for reflection, learning and connection.
The session provided a valuable opportunity to hear directly from Robert, whose work has been instrumental in the development of many of the practical tools and approaches used throughout the Transformative Leader programme.
In addition to Robert’s insights, several TL Alumni shared their personal experiences and reflections, highlighting how they had applied their learning and insights throughout their leadership journeys. Their stories demonstrated the lasting impact of the programme across a range of organisations and sectors.
The event also created an opportunity to further explore the programme’s "ripple effect", with participants reflecting on the wider influence of their learning and the value of continuing to learn from and support one another through the TL Alumni community.
The session proved to be a rare and significant opportunity for the TL Alumni to engage with one of the foremost figures in NLP, offering practical learning, thoughtful reflection and renewed inspiration for their ongoing leadership development. It also reinforced the strength of the TL Alumni network and its continuing contribution to leadership across Northern Ireland.
