Wednesday 30 September 2026 saw the launch of Cohort 14 of the Transformative Leader Programme, welcoming 13 senior leaders as they embarked on a six-month journey of learning, development and collaboration.
The programme provides a supportive environment in which leaders can explore practical approaches and frameworks to help them achieve better outcomes. It is designed to equip participants to lead through uncertainty, manage the pressures and isolation that can come with senior leadership, and drive meaningful change in public services, even within complex systems that can be challenging to transform.
