Jeni joined the Chief Executives Forum in July 2026 as Member Services Executive. This role provides effective operational and administrative and support to the Forum. Jeni joined CEF on secondment from Ards and North Down Borough Council.

Jeni has more than 20 years' experience in local government, working in Democratic Services. During her career, she has served as a Committee Clerk to the Council and its Committees, as well as Mayor's Secretary, supporting elected members and senior officials in a range of governance and administrative functions.
